ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays).  During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. 

STORE PICKUP

Orders can be picked up daily, during store hours.  Our address is 1056-IN 68, Haubstadt, IN 47639.  An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $250.00

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at goldenhourrevival@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these matters on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
